Services

  • Hala Bahrain Hospitality (HBH) staff are on hand to prepare the aircraft for the turnaround process. Aircraft ground handling services include aircraft washing, nitrogen, water, and lavatory services. Flight operation services provided by HBH also include related arrangements such as Air Traffic Control, landing/parking permits, over-flight permits, computerized flight plans, flight follow up services, diplomatic/special permits, customs clearance, air navigation, hotel arrangements, provision of fuel for aircraft, weather briefing, messages, NOTAMS, and radio and telephone communications. Other services include:
    • Follow Me service for arrivals and departures.
    • Aircraft Marshalling and Chocks
    • VIP guest transport between aircraft and terminal
    • Lounge access and refreshments for air crew Baggage handling (excluding equipment)
    • General declaration and guest manifest
    • Windshield cleaning (on request)

  • When requested by the aircraft operator/crew, HBH will arrange refueling at Bahrain International Airport. HBH’s refueling services are quick, convenient, and available when needed.
