What are the Hala Bahrain Meet and Assist Packages?

How can I book Hala Bahrain Services?

You may book through the website or personally visit the sales counter at the Bahrain International Airport in the arrival area.

 

When can I booking Hala Bahrain Services at Bahrain International Airport?

Our services are subject to availability for the agent, therefore it is highly recommended to book the service at least 24 hours before the flight time. Any last minute requests are subject to charge.

 

What form of payment is acceptable by Hala Bahrain?

The acceptable form of payment is cash or credit card.

 

How can I change or cancel my booking, if needed?

You can make changes to the booking 8 hours before the flight time, either through sending an email to booking@halabahrain.bh or personally visiting the sales counter at the Bahrain International Airport in the arrival area.

 

Will charges be applied for any changes made for exiting booking?

If the request for the changes is within the permitted period of time, which is 8 hours before the flight time, no charges will be applied.

 

What is Hala Bahrain’s refund policy?

If the booking is canceled 8 hours before the flight time, the full amount will be refunded.

 

Is the Entry Visa fee included as part of the service?

No, the passenger pays upon arrival.

 

Can I get the visa upon arrival?

You can get the visa upon arrival if you are a GCC resident or from the eligible countries. Please contact us on +973 1733 9555 and the Hala Bahrain team will assist you with your query or visit http://www.bahrainairport.com/en/prepare-documents/bahrain-visa-queries.html.

 

What happens if I miss my flight, can I rebook the service with the new flight details?

If you miss your flight, it is considered as a service provided under “no-show”.

 

Where are you located in the Departures area?

There are three Hala Bahrain lounges in the departures area:

·         Hala Upper lounge located next to gate 16B

·         Awal lounge next to gate 15

·         Al Dana Lounges next to gate 31 – 36

 

Where are you located in the Arrival area?

The arrival lounge is located before passport control. You can spot the sales counter/information desk as well.
